1. Measurements
(Makes 4 medium pancakes)

Supergrain Vanilla
1 Cup TDC Pancake Mix Vanilla
1 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Yogurt
1 Tbsp Butter

Supergrain Pro
1 Cup TDC Pancake Mix Pro
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Yogurt
1 Tbsp Butter

Supergrain Chocolate

2. Cooking Instructions
Step 1:
Whisk together milk, yogurt, and butter until well mixed.
Step 2:
In a bowl take TDC Mix. Pour the milk liquid and gently mix to get a thick batter. (Some lumps are okay, don't over mix otherwise the pancakes won't rise).
Step 3:
On a low medium heat, lightly grease the pan and pour the batter. Cook until bubble break on the surface and edges are slightly dry. Flip and cook the other side.
3. Serving Suggestions
We like our pancakes with fresh berries, maple syrup, and whipped cream. However, you can have your own choice of toppings like seasonal fruits, nuts, honey, jams, and jellies or even guacamole and cream cheese for the Vanilla and Pro flavors. Here is a photo gallery for serving suggestions.

5. More Recipes and FAQ
Can I make the pancakes with eggs?
Q
Yes. For 4 medium pancakes, whisk 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp vinegar and then add it to 1 cup of TDC Pancake Mix Vanilla. If using TDC Pancake Mix Pro or Chocolate, use 1/4 cup milk.

Why are my pancakes turning out dense?
Q
If you add more liquid than mentioned in the recipe, then the pancakes will turn out dense and won't rise. They will taste good in anycase. However, you can try adding some more TDC Pancake Mix or wheat flour to make the batter thick and get fluffy pancakes.
A
Why are my pancakes a little burnt?
Q
If you apply excess oil or butter to the pan or you cook on medium flame the pancakes will appear burnt or even undercooked. Adjust the flame such that they take at least a minute and half to cook one side. If you have excess oil on a non-stick pan then wipe off the excess oil and your pancakes will be fine.
