About The Dancing Chef
The Dancing Chef is a boutique designer and manufacturer of natural foods based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Founded by Kalyani Khodke, a mother (who happens to be an entrepreneur, teacher, and a dancer)with a mission to make healthy, diverse ingredients accessible and easy to make, we are crafting food that is good for our gut and for our planet.

It is an attempt to make healthy and diverse ingredients accessible and easy to make. So that people don't have to choose between health, taste and convenience, they can have it all!
The Dancing Chef is about celebrating creating and eating (crEATING) good, healthy, natural food that nourishes our body, mind, and soul. It is about reconnecting with the nature surrounding us. On another note, in the fast paced lifestyle of today, where cooking is considered a burden or mundane activity, and there is hardly any time to exercise, what could be a better way of life than a dancing chef?
About the Ingredients
Our mixes are made with the finest ingredients. Using diverse ancient grains in our mixes we want to provide ample variety in everyday diet and also make it easy for families especially with young kids so that they don't have to choose between health, taste, and convenience. TDC pancake mixes are made in a home kitchen permit no PT0502125, Santa Clara County.
